Large group style classes can only get you so far. Our small group PT structure allows us to use evidence based practices and a customized approach for each client. We pride ourselves on intelligent program design that utilizes progressive overload, instead of randomized workouts or cardio circuits. Our custom app allows you to track your weights and progress daily so you're able to see performance gains easily and get results faster.

Strength & conditioning designed for the female body is our priority and these small group sessions are focused around building strength and confidence, improving body composition and increasing bone density.

Nope! Most our members start just like you. We assess each new members fitness level first. Our workouts are then scaled according to your unique body, your specific goals and your own starting point. We don’t throw you into anything you’re not comfortable and will work closely with you to build strength and confidence with movements over time.

If you’re a beginner to strength training and just starting out then 2 times per week will be enought to start seeing results and begin gaining strength. Working up toward 3-5 days a week can help you to achieve maximal results. We teach you how to sustain results long term with the time you have to train and your commitments outside the gym. You do not need to train every day to see results! Rest days are essential for gaining muscle and strength and sustaining results long term.
Our small group personal training was created so that our clients could have an affordable solution to building lean muscle and strength, performance and confidence!
To create the best possible body transformation that is sustainable, we’ve found that a combination of strength training and metabolic conditioning (as well as nutrition and lifestyle changes that we coach and keep clients accountable to) is the fastest way to create results, which is why we have built a model that does just that.
Each class is 60 minutes and led by qualified female coaches. We always start together with a warm-up designed to activate the muscles being used in the workout. The coach will brief the group on the intent of the workout, demonstrate each movement and it’s variations, and ensure each client has proper from and a good understanding of what they’re doing throughout the entire session.
Workouts will be posted in each clients app ahead of time and each workout will be full-body focused so as to provide the best results for those attending 2-4 days a week.
